To exercise your rights under article 11 of the Law, write to info@bosagezme.com. This page explains how to apply and how the process works.
How to apply
Send your application to info@bosagezme.com. Writing from the email address registered on your account is the simplest way for us to see that the application is yours.
Your application should include your name, the subject of your request, and what you would like done.
We do not ask for more information than is needed to identify you. You do not need to send an identity document, a national identity number or an address; writing from your registered address is enough.
The process
We conclude applications as soon as possible and within the period the Law provides. If a request is refused, we give the reason in writing.
Applying is free. Where the action itself carries a cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
Things you can do without applying
You can exercise some rights yourself: correct your profile details on your profile page, delete search history individually or all at once, remove your saved location, and delete your account entirely.
